Hi, I'm Lucy

Passionate presenter, facilitator and

your host...

Whilst 5yrs old me is still *SMH* that I never made it as a TV host, I'm a passionate presenter, trainer and facilitator whose work has been described as "life changing" and "SO. MUCH. FUN!"

I didn't always do this work though. When I first launched my coaching business the model was simple - empower women through one-on-one coaching sessions to create a work and home life they loved.

What wasn't so simple was the time it took to find individual clients to work with and the number of clients I then needed to make money that was comparable to my previous corporate Marketing & PR career.

Clients were coming to me with the same problems and I knew there had to be a better way to solve these for more people.

And, so began my foray into workplaces where I quickly found I could support more people in less time, have more fun with less stress and make more money with less worry. Workplaces are now my key income stream and I have the pleasure of captivating the attention of large and diverse audiences on the topics of mindset, communications, leadership and effectiveness. "Is it on TV?" No, 5yo Lucy. "Sigh."

My superpower is to create meaningful conversations and memorable experiences and I'm regularly booked by organisations such as Swiss, ANZ Bank, Coles and chosen as the keynote speaker for epic groups like She Mentors and Mind Body Spirit Festival.

I create and facilitate programs with impact and I know how to bring people together for a good time.

I can't wait to support you to do the same through a program I wish existed when I was first starting out as a presenter and facilitator. It combines years of learnings from late night YouTubing & researching, formal training and oodles of practice... all in one value-packed course.

Module #1:

Cracking Content

In an era of info overload, cracking your content is key to getting, and holding, the attention of your audience.

Find your zone of genius. The thing that no one knows like you do. The concept / idea / skill / process that you could talk about all damn day and people would thank you for it cause they’re desperate to better understand it like you do.
Work out who wants to come to your party. No further explanation needed. OK, here’s a quick one… who is buying what you’re selling, what are their specific needs and how will you meet these?
Define your point of difference. What will make what you're saying different to everyone else?

Module #2:

Mastering Your Message

You’ve figured out what you want to say but now it's time to work out how you want to say it. This is an important step; it's the reason people are going to book your workshop, attend your training and take action from what you share.
